Cancellations
We ask that cancellations be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled photoshoot. A cancellation fee of 50% of the original rate, may be applied if within the 24 hour window. This will be applied at the company's discretion as we understand sometimes a cancellation is unavoidable.
Copyrights
All images are the sole property of 161 Photography, LLC. You as the client are granted the rights to the images for the marketing of the listing. Images may not be sold to any third party without the consent of 161 Photography, LLC.
